1. Coverage Zone

We ship all over the world. Just enjoy our service, we’ll ship your orders directly to you wherever you are.

2. Delivery Time

The Total Delivery Time is: Processing Time + Shipping Time. Since our warehouse is based in China, the delivery time might take a bit longer than your local market. We really appreciate your patience. However, we promise to dispatch your package within 1-3 business days after receiving your total payment and provide you with a tracking number.

3.Shipping Insurance

We offer shipping insurance to protect your package against any loss or damage during transit. This would guarantee the safety of the package during transit.

4. Free Shipping

Free shipping is provided when shopping at Honiss no matter what the weight and shape of the item(s) is. We ship your package using registered air mail shipping service which takes about 10 to 35 business days to most countries in the world.

  1. For USA, United Kingdom, Australia customers, it takes about 10 to 20 business days.
  2. For Canada, New Zealand, France, Germany, and most other European countries, it may take 12 to 25 business days.
  3. For customers in South America, it may take 15 to 35 business days.
  4. For other countries, it may take 15 to 30 business days.

5.Customs Tax

Taxes may apply for imported goods/services and is regulated by the country law. Honiss is not responsible for any tax invoice charged on its products. Please contact local customs for clarity and information.

6.Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the freight company returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you via email or phone. Should this occur, a redelivery fee will apply.

  • Failed Delivery Attempt.
  • Refused by Recipient.
